'Fellini' is a warm tribute to Italian film director Federico Fellini (1920-1993), responsible for masterpieces such as 8 1/2, La Dolce Vita and City of Women. As the title 'Midnight Movie', suggests, there are movie references hidden (and apparent) across the EP.
The interview samples heard in the track's intro and bridge are taken from an interview Fellini gave the BBC approximately in 1965.
